Imperium Network Solutions Limited is a computer consultant company based in Marylebone, London, UK.  The company director is Maxwell George Wright born 1979 (the founder of White Hat Gaming).  Max studied Mathematics at the University Of Edinburgh which may of been beneficial to him when getting into gambling games involving probability.
